gnu: wicd: Add template for WPA2-TTLS.
* gnu/packages/patches/wicd-wpa2-ttls.patch: New file.
* gnu/packages/wicd.scm (wicd)[source]: Add it.
* gnu-system.am (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
