* gnu/packages/dav.scm (vdirsyncer): Update to 0.15.0.
[source]: Remove obsolete patch 'vdirsyncer-test-suite-slow-machines.patch'.
* gnu/packages/patches/vdirsyncer-test-suite-slow-machines.patch: Delete file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Remove it.
