* gnu/packages/ssh.scm (openssh): Update to 8.0p1.
[source]: Remove patch.
* gnu/packages/patches/openssh-CVE-2018-20685.patch: Delete file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Remove it.
