gnu: wpa-supplicant-minimal: Fix CVE-2021-30004.
* gnu/packages/patches/wpa-supplicant-CVE-2021-30004.patch: New patch.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Register it.
* gnu/packages/admin.scm (wpa-supplicant-minimal): Apply patch.
