gnu: ghostscript: Fix CVE-2019-14869.
* gnu/packages/patches/ghostscript-CVE-2019-14869.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Adjust accordingly.
* gnu/packages/ghostscript.scm (ghostscript)[source](patches): Add it.
