gnu: Add ttfautohint.
* gnu/packages/fontutils.scm (ttfautohint): New variable.
* gnu/packages/patches/ttfautohint-source-date-epoch.patch: New patch.
* gnu-system.am (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
