gnu: Add Swish-e.
* gnu/packages/search.scm (swish-e): New variable.
* gnu/packages/patches/swish-e-search.patch,
gnu/packages/patches/swish-e-format-security.patch: New patches.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add them.
