gnu: libxrandr: Fix CVE-2016-{7947,7948}.
* gnu/packages/patches/libxrandr-CVE-2016-7947-CVE-2016-7948.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
* gnu/packages/xorg.scm (libxrandr)[replacement]: New field.
(libxrandr/fixed): New variable.
