* gnu-system.am (dist_patch_DATA): Remove it.
* gnu/packages/julia.scm (julia): Update to 0.4.2.
[arguments]: Remove phase "fix-building-with-mcjit-llvm"; replace phase
"patch-include-path" with "fix-include-and-link-paths"; add phase
"hardcode-paths"; add missing make-flags.
