gnu: gst-editing-services: Build with introspection.
Some packages, such as Pitivi, might want to interact with GES through
GObject Introspection, so let's enable that.
* gnu/packages/gstreamer.scm (gstreamer-editing-services)[native-inputs]:
Add gobject-introspection and glib:bin.
