gnu: snappy: Update to 1.1.7.
* gnu/packages/compression.scm (snappy): Update to 1.1.7. [source]: Change to git archive. Set file-name. [build-system]: Change to CMAKE-BUILD-SYSTEM. [arguments]: Add #:configure-flags. [description]: Fix infractions.
