gnu: coreutils: Fix cross-compilation.
Previously cross-compiling coreutils would fail with:
aarch64-linux-gnu-gcc -Os -g0 -Wl,--as-needed -static -pthread -o src/uptime src/uptime.o src/libver.a lib/libcoreutils.a lib/libcoreutils.a
