gnu: Add intel-xed.
* gnu/packages/assembly.scm (intel-xed): New variable.
* gnu/packages/patches/intel-xed-fix-nondeterminism.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add reference to new patch.
