* gnu/packages/aria2.scm (c-ares): Move to...
* gnu/packages/adns.scm (c-ares): ... here.
* gnu/packages/aria2.scm: Remove file.
* gnu-system.am (GNU_SYSTEM_MODULES): Remove aria2.scm.
