gnu: rottlog: Fix mail reporting.
* gnu/packages/admin.scm (rottlog)[inputs]: Add MAILUTILS.
[phases]: In 'patch-paths', replace "/usr/sbin/sendmail" with 'mail'
from Mailutils.
