gnu: libffi: Update to 3.1.
* gnu/packages/patches/libffi-mips-n32-fix.patch: Remove.
* gnu-system.am (dist_patch_DATA): Remove it.
* gnu/packages/libffi.scm (libffi): Update to 3.1. Remove patch.
