gexp: Add 'plain-file'.
* guix/gexp.scm (<plain-file>): New type.
(plain-file, plain-file-compiler): New procedures.
* tests/gexp.scm ("one plain file"): New test.
* doc/guix.texi (G-Expressions): Document 'plain-file'.
