gnu: Add AutoSSH service.
* gnu/services/ssh.scm (<autossh-configuration>): New record type.
(autossh-service-type): New variable.
(autossh-service-activation, autossh-file-name): New procedures.
* doc/guix.texi (Networking Services): Document this.
