distro: bash, readline: Patch so that `make' uses the right shell.
* distro/packages/readline.scm (readline): Add `pre-configure-phase' to
patch `MAKE_SHELL' in `configure. Move `post-install-phase' body to
a variable.
* distro/packages/bash.scm (bash): Likewise.
