challenge: Add '--verbose'.
* guix/scripts/challenge.scm (summarize-report): Add #:verbose?
parameter.
[report-hashes]: New procedure. Use it.
Honor VERBOSE? in the 'match case.
(show-help, %options): Add '--verbose'.
(guix-challenge): Honor it.
