services: nginx: Allow to add raw content to the server blocks.
* doc/guix.texi (Web Services): Document 'raw-content'.
* gnu/services/web.scm (<nginx-server-configuration>)[raw-content]: New field.
(emit-nginx-server-config): Add it.
