services: cuirass: Remove 'cuirass-service' procedure.
* gnu/services/cuirass.scm (<cuirass-configuration>)[specifications]: Remove default value. (cuirass-service): Remove. * doc/guix.texi (Continuous Integration): Adjust accordingly.
