gnu: bootstrap: Add the dynamic linker name for "powerpc-linux".
This commit completes cross-compilation support for powerpc-linux-gnu.
* gnu/packages/bootstrap.scm (glibc-dynamic-linker): Add "powerpc-linux"
case.
