gnu: bpython: Improve package style.
* gnu/packages/python-xyz.scm (bpython): Use G-expression and apply new
style.
[build-system]: Swap to pyproject-build-system.
[argumements]<test-flags>: Move tests exclusion here.
[propagated-inputs]: Add python-typing-extensions.
[native-inputs]: Remove python-tox; add python-pytest and
python-setuptools.
