gnu: kodi: Increase test timeout.
* gnu/packages/patches/kodi-increase-test-timeout.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Adjust accordingly.
* gnu/packages/kodi.scm (kodi)[source](patches): Add it.
