"init"; remove phase "remove-failing-tests"; update "check" phase.
[inputs]: Add python-wrapper.
[native-inputs]: Move them all to...
[propagated-inputs]: ...this field.  Add python-conda-package-handling,
python-tqdm, and zstd.
