gnu: spice-gtk: Enable GObject introspection support.
Allows virt-manager to use the spice-gtk widget.
* gnu/packages/spice.scm (spice-gtk)[inputs]: Add gobject-introspection.
[arguments]<#:configure-flags>: Add --enable-introspection.
