gnu: mariadb: Work around GCC ICE on armhf-linux.
* gnu/packages/patches/mariadb-gcc-ice.patch: New file.
* gnu/packages/databases.scm (mariadb)[arguments]: Conditionally add
'apply-patch' phase.
[native-inputs]: Conditionally add "gcc-ice-patch" input.
