gnu: m4: Remove already-applied patch.
* gnu/packages/patches/m4-readlink-EINVAL.patch: Remove file.
* gnu-system.am (dist_patch_DATA): Remove it.
* gnu/packages/m4.scm (m4): Remove patch.
