gnu: knot: Support dnstap query logging.
* gnu/packages/dns.scm (knot)[source]: No longer delete dnstap. It appears
that dnstap is intended to be bundled and modified.
[inputs]: Add fstrm and protobuf-c.
[arguments]: Add ‘--with-module-dnstap=yes’ to #:configure-flags.
