gnu: libreoffice: Fix build with MDDS 1.4 and Orcus 0.14.
* gnu/packages/libreoffice.scm (libreoffice)[source](patches): Add two patches
from Arch Linux.
[arguments]: Add substitutions so the libraries are found.
