gnu: emacs-rg: Fix use on remote systems.
* gnu/packages/emacs-xyz.scm (emacs-rg)[inputs]: Remove. Move ripgrep to...
[propagated-inputs]: ... here. This also gives access to ripgrep's manual.
[arguments]: Replace the full path with the executable name.
