services: openssh: Add forwarding options.
* gnu/services/ssh.scm (<openssh-configuration>)[allow-agent-forwarding?]
[allow-tcp-forwarding?, gateway-ports?]: New fields.
(openssh-config-file): Handle them.
* doc/guix.texi (Networking Services): Adjust accordingly.
