store: Flush the output when the build process emits '\r'.
This allows progress reports emitted by 'substitute-binary' to be
correctly displayed.
* guix/store.scm (%newlines): New variable.
(process-stderr) <%stderr-next>: Flush (current-build-output-port)
when S contains one of %NEWLINES.
