gnu: Add Asymptote.
* gnu/packages/bdw-gc.scm (libgc-for-c++): New variable. * gnu/packages/plotutils.scm (asymptote): New variable. * gnu/packages/patches/asymptote-gsl2.patch: New file. * gnu-system.am (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
