* gnu/packages/python-xyz.scm (python-virtualenv): Update to 20.0.8.
[arguments]: Remove the now-redundant 'disable-failing-test phase.
[native-inputs]: Add python-setuptools and python-setuptools-scm.
[inputs]: Add python-{appdirs, distlib, filelock, six,
importlib-metadata}.
