* gnu/package/kde-frameworks.scm(kwindowsystem)
  [inputs]: Add openbox.
  [arguments] <#:tests?> Remove.
  <#:phases> 'blacklist-failing-tests: New phase.
  <#:phases> 'check: Start openbox, don't set QT_PLUGIN_PATH, use invkove,
  simplify and cleanup code. No longer move 'check behind install.
