* gnu/packages/python-xyz.scm (python-deepmerge)[build-system]: Set to
PYPROJECT-BUILD-SYSTEM.
[arguments]: Remove obsolete phases.
[native-inputs]: Remove PYTHON-PYPA-BUILD and PYTHON-WHEEL.
