gnu: zabbix-agentd: Enable TLS support.
* gnu/packages/monitoring.scm (zabbix-agentd)[arguments]: Pass "--with-gnutls"
in #:configure-flags.
[inputs]: Add GNUTLS.
(zabbix-server): Inherit these changes.
