gnu: openjdk@11: Add phase to hardcode libraries.
This fixes a NullPointerException related to using fontconfig,
see also <https://bugs.gnu.org/41177>.
* gnu/packages/java.scm (openjdk11)[arguments]: Add patch-jni-libs phase.
