gnu: raptor2: Fix heap overflow bug.
* gnu/packages/patches/raptor2-heap-overflow.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Register it.
* gnu/packages/rdf.scm (raptor2): Use it.
