system: hurd: Create more ttys.
* gnu/build/hurd-boot.scm (set-hurd-device-translators)[devices]: Add
more /dev/ttyN nodes.
* gnu/system/hurd.scm (%base-services/hurd): Add more
'hurd-getty-service-type' instances.
