gnu: ghostscript: Fix CVE-2018-10194.
* gnu/packages/ghostscript.scm (ghostscript)[replacement]: New field.
(ghostscript/fixed): New variable.
* gnu/packages/patches/ghostscript-CVE-2018-10194.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
