gnu: icecat: Use libjpeg-turbo instead of bundled libjpeg.
* gnu/packages/gnuzilla.scm (icecat)[source]: Remove bundled libjpeg, which
is actually libjpeg-turbo.
[inputs]: Add libjpeg-turbo.
[arguments]: Use it.
