.gitignore: Ignore release artifacts.
Not ignoring these in the tree leads to the next generated version (.version)
being suffixed with '-dirty', which confuses things.
* .gitignore [/guix-*]: New pattern.
[/doc/stamp-[0-9]]: Adjust to ...
[/doc/stamp-*]: ... this.
[/release-*]: New pattern.
