pull: Add '--profile'.

* guix/scripts/pull.scm (show-help, %options): Add '--profile'.
(build-and-install): Change 'config-dir' argument to 'profile'.
(guix-pull): Honor '--profile'.
* doc/guix.texi (Invoking guix pull): Document it.
