o Minor bugfixes:
    - Fix all valgrind warnings produced by the unit tests. There were
      over a thousand memory leak warnings previously, mostly produced
      by forgetting to free things in the unit test code.  Fixes bug
      11618, bugfixes on many versions of Tor.
