    The ``parsemail.sh`` and ``parsemail-batch.sh`` scripts, found in
    ``patchwork/bin``, will now default to using ``python`` rather than
    ``python2`` for calling ``manage.py``. This resolves an issue when
    Patchwork is deployed with a virtualenv.
