docs: Resolve issues with 'relations'
Two issues here:
- 'PATCH /patches/{id}' and 'PUT /patches/{id}' expect a list of
integers on the 'related' field - not strings
- 'GET /patches' and 'GET /patches/{id}' return a list of embedded patch
objects on the 'related' field - not strings
