Subject: build: Include 'glibc-utf8-locales' in the binary tarball.

* Makefile.am (guix-binary.%.tar.xz): Add 'glibc-utf8-locales' and
'glibc-final' to the 'guix pack' command line.
* doc/guix.texi (Binary Installation): Mention 'etc/profile'.
